Villapark Fontein has plots ranging in size between 500 and 1.100 square metres of own land. As a customer of Villapark Fontein you have the option of buying a plot with a house or of buying a plot on which you can realize a your own house according to your own desires.

Building your own house is subjected to a time limit of two years and should fit into the set of rules of the aesthetic committee. While building your own house we ask all of our customers to spare the natural environment as much as possible in order to maintain a green park.
