The Project

With its natural surroundings and its magnificent view of the sea and Christoffel Mountain Villapark Fontein is a unique place to live. Because of the fact that the park is situated on a slope none of the plots have the same view. On Villapark Fontein you will experience a great sense of freedom and tranquillity. Imagine waking up at the pleasant sound of twittering birds in a green environment or sitting on your porch at the end of the day while enjoying a magnificent view.

The project started about 4 years ago when the first few houses were being built. Now there are more than 100 new houses on Villapark Fontein. Because on Villapark Fontein each customer is given the possibility to customize their own house, none of the houses are exactly the same. This makes Villapark Fontein a unique project.

Planning;

The project covers a total of more than a 1.000 plots, divided into four main stages and several sub-phases. You could say a small village is being built in the district Banda Riba. Because of the fact that the wind at this part of the island constantly blows from the east, Villapark Fontein is being built from east to west in order to minimize inconvenience such as dust or noise.

Near the entrance of Villapark Fontein more than 50.000 square metres land has already been reserved for commercial projects such as a supermarket and a medical centre.

Security;

Villapark Fontein has a monitored entrance with security. The rest of the park also has a 24-hour monitoring service. During the day and night the security surveillance on the park during the day and night.
